EchoFlowDesk (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial and US state privacy laws.

• Booking details: the time you choose and the notes you add.
• Call and message content when you contact us or a client of ours through the EchoFlowDesk platform, including call recordings and transcripts where disclosed.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected with cookies or similar tools.

Why we use it

• To respond to you, book appointments and deliver our services.
• To send reminders and service messages you've asked for.
• To send marketing messages, only with your consent.
• To improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.

Consent

We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent, except where the law allows otherwise. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual limits.

When we act for our clients

When we answer calls, messages or bookings on behalf of a business that uses EchoFlowDesk, we process that information on the business's behalf and under its instructions. That business is responsible for its own privacy practices.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our platform (for example hosting, telephony and messaging providers), under contracts that require them to protect it. Some providers may store data outside Canada, where it may be subject to local law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Your rights
