Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of echoflowdesk.io and the services provided by EchoFlowDesk (“we”, “us”). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Services

We provide AI front office, website design and social media marketing services as described in your proposal or order. Each engagement is also governed by its own service agreement; if the two conflict, the service agreement wins.

Fees and term

Website builds are a one-time fee. Monthly plans may include a one-time setup fee (waived on annual agreements where stated) and a 6-month minimum term, then continue month to month until cancelled in writing. The Complete Growth System is a 12-month agreement. Fees are billed in advance, in CAD, and exclude applicable taxes.

Messaging and consent (CASL and US rules)

If you use our platform to send texts or emails to your customers, you are responsible for having the consent required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM, and any other applicable law. Messages must identify your business and include a working way to opt out (for example, reply STOP). We may suspend messaging that we reasonably believe breaks these rules.

Call recording and AI disclosure

Where calls are recorded or answered by AI, you agree to give callers any notice the law requires in your province or state. Our AI introduces itself as a virtual assistant by default.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content, photos and data you give us. You give us permission to use it to deliver the services. You confirm you have the rights to everything you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to send messages people haven't agreed to receive.

Results

We work hard to grow your business, but we can't guarantee specific results. Calculator figures on this site are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
